Established in 1834, the Dickson Group introduced the first weaving looms for linen. Throughout its long history, Dickson has been at the cutting edge of innovative technical textiles. In 1998, Dickson joined the Glen Raven Group and we now operate in 125 countries throughout the world and are market leaders in outdoor textiles.

Dickson Coatings masters the important stages in technical textile manufacturing: warping, weaving, chemical formulation, coating and lamination. Our strategy is based on innovation and creativity through our R+D centres, offering fabrics for industry, communications, decoration, special events and outdoor applications.

Dickson Coatings consists of Dickson St.Clair and Dickson PTL, both near Lyon in France, famous for their recognised brands: Lowick, Cleangard, Aluprotech, EverGreen, Safergrip, Firefly, amongst others.
